An inspiring core group within our community, staying active and fit is important whilst having a whole lot of fun.
As a “seasoned” group (50+ years young), maintaining all-round strength and fitness has become a key component of our daily lives. These athletes step into our community, regularly engaging in movements that focus on strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.

This program is adaptable for ALL fitness levels, whether you have not worked out in years, casually exercise, or regularly engage in physical activity. The HV Legends program is designed to help you:

We help motivated people move better, lose weight, get stronger, and feel amazing. We do this through exercise and nutrition coaching in a friendly, supportive community at CrossFit Hutt Valley.
The heart of our program is found in the classes and personal coaching sessions. You will be warmed up, stretched and coached through the movements of the day. This is followed by a workout and cool down. Your coach will be there to ensure proper form, range of motion and intensity… helping you scale to fit your needs and ability level.
