CROSSFIT IS OUR SPECIALTY
We have a very defined philosophy when it comes to fitness.
There are no shortcuts on the road to success (or fitness) and we believe in teaching people the importance of longevity, “Less is More“! CrossFit is an amazing training methodology when applied correctly and CFHV has perfected the “Art of CrossFit”.
The CFHV brand of CrossFit is a strength based program, with an emphasis on efficiency and mastering movement, all of which equates to all round fitness.
We pride ourselves on our standards for coaching, with each class consisting of “Coach-led” Warm Up and Mobility sessions, followed by Stability and Activation work that leads into either a Strength movement or new Skill.
Once we have put in some hard work, it is on to the “Met-con” followed by a Cool Down.
The fine print
You are required to give a 30 day notice to cancel a membership with no exception.
You can’t put a “hold” on your membership. Think of it as putting your sky or cell phone bill on hold because you can’t use it for 2 weeks.
You must have completed one of our On Ramp offerings. Talk to us about which option we think suits you best.
Coaches are available for personal training. You do not need to be a member.
We don’t do contracts, discounts and/or refunds.
Monthly memberships auto-renew, but again, you can cancel at any time.
